We have an extra working party session on the community garden this Friday 18 May from 4pm.
Simon will be showing us how to plant a ‘keyhole’ plot with vegetables and salad crops.
The herb garden path is now in place, to the delight of the local kids and staff at Valentinos, who all came to have a look on Saturday evening!
Plans for our official opening on 9 June are coming on well. We have some very special (and unusual) guests coming and fantastic raffle prizes (£50 meal for 2 at Valentinos for example), so it should be a great afternoon.

We would be grateful for any cuttings/produce from your garden for the plant stall. Just let Jane Nash Mary Cutts or myself know if you have anything you can pot up/spare.
